Daniel J. Goldberg is a family law attorney. Unlike many lawyers, Dan earned his undergraduate degree in mathematics including coursework in business accounting. Over the course of his 36 years of experience in family law, Dan has focused his practice in the representation of small business owners, professionals and their spouses. Dan’s background in mathematics and accounting and his many years of experience working with small business owners, provides him with a wealth of experience to help him understand the many financial and legal issues facing families going through this process.
In addition to his many years of experience in the courtroom, Dan has embraced the new emphasis on mediation and collaborative problem solving. He is a trained mediator who serves as a court appointed neutral for the Hennepin County Family Court Financial Early Neutral Evaluation Program.
