We seek a transactional based Legal Administrative Assistant with 3-5 years of experience. The successful candidate is smart, tech savvy, familiar with the legal environment and a good spirited team player. Experience in real estate or corporate is a plus.
As a key member of the support team, you will interact with others to deliver outstanding client service. Specifically, you will perform the following accountabilities within our team-centered environment: prepare legal documents/correspondence, proactively ensure legal team is prepared with necessary materials for meetings, open, review and direct mail, schedule meetings, conference calls, manage multiple calendars, maintain files, profile electronic files and documents, and process legal documents, scanning, photocopying, process expense reports, disbursements, timesheets, and other administrative paperwork.
