The Legal Collections Specialist's position is a challenging job in a fast paced, performance oriented environment. However, previous collections or customer service experience is not required. Legal Collection Specialists should use sound judgment in the execution of their duties, possess an engaging communication style and maintain a competitive, driven demeanor.
This is a job which rewards performance and compliance. Legal Collection Specialists earn a base hourly wage in addition to a monthly bonus, based on performance to goal. As a result of this plan, newer Specialists average a total compensation $16.73 per hour, intermediate Specialists average $23.07 per hour and our strongest Legal Collection Specialists earn over $29.00 per hour. Please note that these figures represent actual compensation paid to our current employees, not "possible" or "up to" compensation.
In addition to the wages listed above, the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package. Our mid-sized law firm is seeking a person to work in our Skip Trace department. We are looking for someone with data entry experience. High 10-key speed and accuracy are a plus along with extreme attention to detail and the ability to work independently. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to locate delinquent consumers and assets using a variety of information bases. Prior skip trace experience is a plus, but not required, we are willing to train.
Must be willing to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5 p.m.
Salary range for this position is up to $28,000 annual.

Real Estate Paralegal position reports directly to a Shareholder/Department Chair and offers a high level of responsibility and client contact. Successful candidates have 15 years of experience in commercial Real Estate with an extensive background in sales and acquisitions, title/survey review, due diligence, and drafting and reviewing conveyance and loan documents. Experience in drafting and reviewing loan documents a plus.
