Thomas is a civil litigation and transactional attorney who focuses his practice on real estate, banking and finance, business law, contracts, commercial transactions and bankruptcy.
As a member of Messerli & Kramer’s Business Services Group, he assists financial institutions, creditors, business owners, landlords, tenants, and individuals in navigating real estate transactions, entering into various agreements, negotiating and drafting loan documents, enforcing loan documents secured by real estate, and complying with governmental regulations. In addition to the numerous real estate transactions that he has been involved with, he has also advocated for clients in hundreds of cases before the Minnesota District Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, and in U.S. District Court.
Thomas is dedicated to providing his clients with exceptional legal services, and he employs his diligence, experience and abilities as a creative problem solver to lead his clients through difficult transactions, and, when necessary, to be well prepared for litigation.
